Stellar Veggie Delight - Edit
There is a veggie sandwich that is the bomb. It's made with vegan ricotta and spiced peppers on a pretzel bun. There are more ingredients including red onions and some other items I can't quite remember. Bottom line, it's VERY flavorful.

Vegan friendly shop. Just added new vegan sandwich: Vegan Delight. Bread is good - esp the pretzel loaf! Sometimes they have vegan treats (including Nice Cream sandwiches). Lots of vegetarian sandwiches. Wish they had hot vegan sandwiches though!

I love the beetnik sandwich. It is so good and the pretzel bun is delicious. They will also make. Custom sandwich. They carry vegan ice cream sammies too.

Loved their avocado and chickpea sandwich. Very tasty. 2 true vegan options on the menu and I’m sure you could customize - they don’t seem strict or annoyed by substitutions.

I am a sandwich fanatic, and this place has two really great vegan sandwich options. There are also a few vegetarian options that would only require a couple substitutions to become vegan!
