They have a lot of vegetarian and vegan selections but I find it difficult to navigate the store and the isles area is a bit tight .

Out of all the organic grocery stores in the area this is the best! It has great produce and products and the prices cannot be beat! It's smaller than let's say whole foods but way better! I just wish they had a little more skin care or makeup lines!

This is absolutely the best store to get health food and organics... They also carry items that have not been available at Goodness Me or Whole Foods. They're simply the best. Please open another location in Burlington or Hamilton and show Goodness Me some strong competition! ;)

Carrying my favorite items! - Edit
I have submitted requests for specific vegan items that no one else is carrying, and they have been great about bringing these in for me. They usually are prepared to quickly open a second cash if a line up is formed.

This store is well presented when you step through the doors. The people who work there just do that, work there. It would be better if they had more product knowledge. All four of the people I spoke to only knew where items were placed in the store and nothing about them.
