A cute vegan restaurant in a country side - Edit
You'd need to drive there but is a great place to go if you are visiting this area.
Love the atmosphere and the food is delicious as well.
The couple is so sweet and welcoming too!
Pros: satisfying lunch, clean and cozy

Amazing soy meat rice bowl!! - Edit
This place is a vegan gem around that region of Hakusan (Mt.White) beautiful cottage where you can eat mocked meat and vegetables, I was so happy to find this place and had an amazing lunch!!
