As healthy as it gets here in Lisbon - Edit

I really enjoyed this place! The staff were were very knowledgeable on what healthy actually is. They don't use dairy, refined sugars, and certain meats. Come by around 12:30 pm for lunch and get their "rice bread" with their homemade pate along with very well season olives! Not canned obviously like other ALL vegan places I've been to. I ordered the juice of the day which was good just a little chunky. The soup was a mixed veggie light soup. The plate of the day was sautéed melt in your mouth mushrooms, baked sweet potato, bulgar wheat with some tiny pieces of butternut squash , and a nice side of green with cashews and a light green white dressing. I'm so happy to have found a place that does not use soy and seitan to substitute meat. I will definitely be back maybe also for dinner.

Pros: soy free options , knowledgeable owners and staff , rice bread, pate, and olives

Cons: none

Tasty vegan dishes made with local and high quality ingredients - Edit

Although not a vegetarian restaurant, Organi Chiado always has at least a tasty vegan dish and delicious vegan desserts available, made with local and high quality ingredients.

The location of the restaurant is truly excellent, only a minute away from the Baixa / Chiado metro station, and the atmosphere is both cozy and amiably sophisticated.

The owners of the restaurant are very attentive to feedback from the customers and are considering turning the restaurant to vegan. They commented that they are having success in acquainting non vegetarians to vegan cuisine as some regular customers decided to try the vegan dishes and were surprised by how good and tasty they are.

Pros: Excellent location, Tasty vegan food, Local, high quality ingredients
