As a non vegan I was extremely impressed - Edit
I went to Orenda with three members of my family who two of them are Vegan. We had a Vegan feast, and it was amazing from A-Z. I had the curry, and it was pure heaven on earth. My family members ordered the vegan burger, the truffle oil pasta, and a burrito every bite was enjoyed and savored. We also ordered 2 cappuccinos and the lovely waiter offered us two cupcakes on the housed. I would definitely eat at Orenda again this time I would be less scared and anxious and maybe even try something different. looking forward to my next visit.

Nice but London/NY prices - Edit
I paid $16 for a burrito and a water which is crazy, considerably more than I’d expect to pay in London. Portion wasn’t big either I had to go and get food after leaving.

No. 1 restaurant worldwide! Am not joking - Edit
Went with my family. It was WOW! Seriously, the chef is extremely talented. Never tasted so many flavours, working together. Nothing compares. Even non vegans would fall in love with Orenda. Mallow in London was my favourite restaurant anywhere, but now that's at No.2. The restaurant is quaint with beautiful decoration and the service was perfect. This restaurant is why I love vegan restaurants, theyre attentive to detail.

It was alright, but not great. - Edit
Honestly, I wasn’t impressed. The serving sizes and quality of food for the prices they charge just didn’t add up. I know times are tough here and importing stuff is pricey, so maybe stick to local ingredients? I paid 3x more than I would at a smaller lebanese local normal joint and still left hungry. Won’t be back, unfortunately.😒

Pricey and small portion - Edit
Two of us went there... ordered a vegan burger, sweet potatoes fries and fatteh that tasted nothing. we paid 148,000 and went out still hungry. The fatteh tasted bland and when we asked to return it and get something else they refused with the excuse that the ingredients were already mentioned so it was our fault.. I even made a complain via their social media only to be rejected and got a useless respond... I think they should be on kitchen nightmares with chef Gordon Ramsay.

1. You say you ordered a burger, fatteh & sweet potato fries, yet you've posted a cake, burger & curry.

No I don't work for the restaurant. I went to review it on TripAdvisor & saw your post on there also & thought it was weird.

Staff was super welcoming, menu was amazing, nice balance of different cuisines. Definitely try the pesto hommous and blueberry cake! Probably the best cake I have tried since I went vegan. Setting is very nice and a cool shop inside with amazing initiatives to support - perfect gift ideas!

I really enjoyed this hidden gem. The food was delicious and the staff were friendly. Overall a nice vibe. We tried the spaghetti bolognese, burger and avocado with chips. Everything was delicious but my favorite was the spaghetti. I definitely recommend checking it out while in Beirut.

It is a bit out of the main road and as soon as you get there you notice the beautiful courtyard with a “dog bar” and the nice remodelled house where the restaurant is.

The food was good too. The summer rolls have a very fresh taste, perfect for hot summer days.

Excellent food in lovely courtyard - Edit
Fully vegan, female-run restaurant just off the busy high street in Mar Mikhael. Great menu with a range of starters, toasties, bowls & other mains. We tried the super fatteh, poke bowl and chocolate ice cream and loved them all. Overall the price is a bit on the high side compared to portion size but in all fairness, I was full after the meal. Very pretty courtyard to sit and enjoy some delicious food or drinks. Really recommended!

Delicious. A must go! - Edit
My boyfriend and I visited Orenda whilst on our holidays in Beirut and we was not disappointed. The service was amazing and the food was delicious. There was a number of starts, mains and deserts to try from. We had the sushi, burger, spaghetti bolognese and carrot cake, all of which was amazing. The setting is also very nice and tastefully done. We would defiantly return and recommend.
