Serves meat, vegan options available. Inside The Hilton Netherlands Plaza, Orchids is dinner only while Palm Court offers breakfast, lunch, and Sunday brunch. Accommodating to dietary preferences and allergies. High-end dining with curated cocktail, liquor, and wines lists. For Sunday brunch, let them know when making your reservation that you're vegan. If the buffet is limited in vegan options, you will have a 3 course meal served to you at your table. Lots of room for improvement

I stayed at the hotel for a conference. Lunch was included and they offered a vegan option. The nonvegans got a chicken ceasar salad. The vegans received a bowl of iceberg lettuce, with a side of olive oil and a side of balsamic vinegar. The waitress referred to it as the saddest salad she'd ever seen.

Nothing on the dinner menu was vegan or could be made vegan, except two sides (and I'm not certain that the shishito peppers were actually vegan).

Breakfast buffet had oatmeal and fresh fruit. $20 after tax for the buffet though was a bit steep for that.

Pros: Good drinks so you can get drunk, Friendly staff

Cons: Expensive , No vegan options, Zero effort to accommodate vegans
