Bare bones eats but happy for veg. options - Edit
If the hangries hit at the Kennedy Space Center this cafe has fast service. If you want greenery in your burger get the side salad and add from that.

The Beyond Burger was a Beyond Burger. Nothing fancy, but given the context, it was nice to have one available. Others have noted that it's served with no toppings, but that's because they have a topping bar where you can add lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, etc. as you please. The toppings were quite fresh too! Your mileage may vary, but we used mobile order, and despite being a busy holiday weekend, the order was ready within 10 minutes. Will definitely go back next time we visit KSC.

Orbit Cafe not out of this world - Edit
Heading to the Kennedy Space Center we decided to have lunch there to save time. Apparently everyone in Florida had the same idea. The wait time after ordering was easily 45 minutes. We had Beyond burgers with fries and a salad. I was disappointed that the burger had no toppings. Just the patty and the bun. All that space technology and no way to feed the space nerds. Underwhelming but it sustained us.

Beyond Burger and build your own salad - Edit
The only options are a beyond burger and build your own salad. The burger was just the beyond patty and a bun, not even tomatoes or lettuce. It's something to eat if you are at the space center, or you could probably have a better lunching bringing a sandwich (check what the park allows). The KSC could do a lot better with vegan food...

Literally the best salad - Edit
Someone told me they sold vegan burgers and I was psyched but when I got there I saw the salad and could not refuse. This was a beautiful salad made with hydroponic baby greens grown on site (allegedly; I believe it because it was that fresh). This was so tasty that it made me run out and buy a tiny hydroponic thingy to try and grow my own salad. Is that effective STEM education, or what?!

Vegan options at the KSC - Edit
They have plain beyond burgers. The toppings are self-served. They also have a build your own salad option with fresh ingredients. Great quick lunch when visiting the Kennedy Space Center. The customer service is always great.
