Falafel sandwich - Edit
A few vegan options available at the food court area on the 2nd floor at the airport, but Operations Falafel seems most appealing to me. I ordered the “special veggie” combo that included a pita sandwich with eggplant, falafels and veggies with a side of fries and a drink, all for about $10. It was good, not great, but a valid option for a hungry vegan with a long layover.

I was surprised by the many veggie options they had, and quite affordable, hummus for only 15 UAE dirham ( roughly 4 dollars)
