Es schmeckt sehr lecker!! Die beste rohe Pasta die ich bisher in einem Restaurant essen konnte. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat mir mal schnell die Karte auf englisch übersetzt:) Es gibt außerdem Kaffee, Kuchen, Tee, Wein und Bier. Würde ich in dieser Stadt wohnen, wäre dieser Ort auf jeden Fall mein Stammrestaurant!!

I have been there twice during my stay in Göteborg. The first time I got vegan raw pasta and it was delicious! I sat there and the view of the city while eating was amazing.

Although they don't have a lot of menu items, everything they offer is bright, fresh, and delicious. I enjoyed my vegan Räksmörgås, and my two friends really liked their Moroccan bowls.
Read moreThe best thing about this place is the setting. It is a small glass enclosure with an outdoor seating area, all right on a pedestrian bridge. You get great views of the river on both sides, good people-watching, and a chance to take in the summer Swedish sun.

Cute little cafe with amazing views and great service. Everything is vegan and the oat lattes are delicious. We had the avocado and sundried tomato sandwich twice which is to die for. The tahini dressing which comes with the salad is beautiful.

Absolutely loved everything about this place! Friendly staff helped translate the menu to English and the food and setting was amazing. I had the avocado sandwich which had a delicous sundried tomato pesto, the lime and Raspberry Cake and a coffee. Definitely will be returning before my trip in Gothenburg is up!

When in Gothenburg, Sweden, I would recommend you to visit the vegan restaurant Open New Doors, with a remarkable view over the river in the city center (it is just on the bridge!). I went there with a friend yesterday night and had this delicious Thai salad. You could really sense that they used fresh ingredients, much raw food inspired and made with consciousness in what tastes they want to combine. Especially the cashew dressing was so delicious, should have been more! My friend had an avocado sandwich, which really looked good as well. Open New Doors is all vegan and gluten free and uses no refined sugar, yet I'm sure I would have loved most of the food there.

I love this place! The food is really nice, simple, healthy and delicious. The desserts are great and beautiful. The location is really nice too - right in the center of town and overlooking the river. In the summer very nice to sit outside and enjoy the sun. Staff is really friendly too.

This place is super cute, 2 little glass encasements on a small bridge over a canal! They have blankets to use if you get cold and offer mint water ! I got the Morraccan bowl and iy was phenomenal !!!

I went there already for a couple of times & if you are in for raw delicious meals and desserts, then you are right. I just had a coffee and a delicious matcha/coffee/cashew cake in the afternoon. And it completed my touristic Gothenburg day in autumn 🍂. I can just recommend it. So yummy 😋

This place is my favourite vegan restaurant, the food is always fresh and tasty, and their bread is amazing and gluten free! I love their free lemon/ginger hot water as well, and their cold water infusions with mint or raspberry! It is also on a bridge!!
