Only vegetal meat in a butcher - Edit
I came to this shop 30 minutes after the first day opening and I was casually the first client ever! The shop is a clear place with four freezers in the walls. Ther are'nt glass desks like a standard butcher. All they sell for the moment is frozen.

Tienda con muchas opciones veganas (y algunas vegetarianas) sustituyendo carne y pescado: chorizo, , embutido, sobrasada; pollo, atún, salmon y gambas vegetarianas, quesos ricos etc. Casi todo congelado, algunos productos son "artesanales".

La dueña es un amor y tienen un montón de productos aptos para veganos. Siempre voy allí buscando algo en concreto y acabo llevándome un montón de productos muy interesantes y muy difíciles de conseguir en Madrid. Hay una gran variedad de quesos, embutidos, chorizos, carne congelada, salsas. Si vais, pedirle que traiga productos de charcuterra, son los mejores embutidos veganos, puede que del mundo, y esta tienda es la única que los comercializa en Madrid.... La gran diferencia es que los productos de charchuterra están hechos a base de frutos secos y no de seitán o soja, un millón de veces más sanos y ecológicos.

They sell mainly frozen vegetarian and vegan food imitating "chorizo", chicken, meat, sausages, etc... but also have other fresh products like non-dairy cheese, hummus, etc...
