Not much for vegans - Edit
The menu rotates seasonally but when I visited (Oct/Nov 2022) their three course tasting menu was not vegan and could not be modified. The starter had cream already mixed in and the dessert was not vegan. As a result I could only have a plat principal, and there was only one choice. The dish, a mixed roasted veggie plate, was delicious but sparse. They did offer a very nice chestnut soup shooter as a digestive, which they made sure to tell me had no cream and was vegan (other tables seemed to have the same soup with cream on top).
Read moreThey were very nice but seemed a little confused that I would expect them to be able to véganize the vegetarian menu, contrary to other reviews that indicated this was easy. I wonder if either this was an issue of the seasonal menu or, worse, If the language barrier caused previous diners to think they were getting a vegan meal when it wasn’t vegan but vegetarian (I speak French so was able to communicate with my server in her language).
Overall I enjoyed what I ate but it wasn’t what I had hoped for. If you plan to visit I suggest calling ahead (they take reservations) and making sure they can accommodate you with the seasonal menu.

Pros: Vegan fine dining in a nice square by a church, Reasonable price (25€ for three courses), Really good quality fresh veg from the region
