Veggie broth tastes good

Only 2 vegan options with veggie broth though( normal and spicy vegetarian Miso ramen)
But one bowl of ramen is way too far from fulfilling your appetite.

Wish they add tofu to the ramen, tofu skin was literally non-existent.

It was an extremely small restaurant which was crowded for Sunday brunch.

Pros: Veggie broth

Cons: No tofu addon in menu😭, Mapo tofu ramen made with pork broth 😮‍💨

VEGAN RAMEN!

Omg! I miss eating 🥣 ramen before I was vegan it was a big part of my weekly diet. It’s really hard to find a vegan broth at a good ramen restaurant. The owner of this place ir really nice, I met him in 2018 when he opened up the first shop. I am sitting here waiting for my vegan ramen now. I cannot wait!!! This place is really popular!
