Several options - Edit
It's not very common to find scrambled tofu in Brussels so that's a nice surprise. (It was not the best on earth but still rather decent)

Modern coffee place - Edit
They serve a good scrambled tofu (could've upped the black salt) and a nice decaf oatmilk cappuccino. The cold pressed juice comes in a small plastic bottle. Ambiance was nice, its a popular place on Saturday morning.
