Really decent place - Edit
I ate there for lunch with a colleague. Two co'm xuat for 30.000 VND, with vegetables and a good quantity of fake meat. The soup was also good.
Really too hot and humid inside (the AC might not be working yet as they are new) so we ate outside, there is a terrace since the restaurant is up the stairs. Good place to eat ; even if nothing is outstanding.
