What immediately catches your eye is the great location, and the café itself is cozy, small, and a lovely spot to hang out. Plus, the staff are super friendly! I’m not too concerned about price, but was the food worth it? Hmm, not really. As a guy, I left feeling hungry and spent over $40 on a matcha, a vegan sandwich, and chia pudding. I also got a croissant and a Moose dessert, but those weren’t my favorites. For just five small items, it was over $60.
Read more-The matcha was good, and I’d definitely get it again, but it wasn’t particularly special.
-The vegan sandwich was way too small for me. I could eat both sandwiches in less than five bites. With a fresh tomato and balsamic vinegar, I was really impressed. Sadly, I wouldn’t buy this again because the price and quantity don’t quite add up.
-The chia pudding with raspberry wasn't good. Theraspberry on the bottom was the only redeeming thing. I definitely wouldn’t get this again.
Overall, I think this place might not be the best spot for vegans. It’s great for sitting down or grabbing a coffee, but it’s not really designed for a full meal. It’s better to bring a friend than to go there alone. Now, if they add more vegan options to the menu, I’d definitely give it another shot.
