Authentic and accomodating with several vegan options

Had 4 different vegan dishes and they are willingly to double check ingredients for me. Things are labeled vegetarian, just need to clarify whether rice or egg noodle. So far, its all been rice so I have lucked out with the oil noodles, sesame noodles and la cai noodles. Also they have a great salad of cucumber, wood ear mushroom and bean curd.

First time my dish had MSG which I loved. Second time it didn't, not sure why.

You can ask to add tofu to dishes
