Very excellent restaurant in Roma!!! - Edit
This restaurant offers a large choice of Vegan meals, desserts... We love so much their Vegan chocolate croissants (and we're French ^_^). Of course, there are italian food: pizza, calzone... but burgers too!
Read moreFood was very delicious and the staff is really friendly.
The restaurant offers a buffet. Take-away is possible, it's very useful. Besides, the restaurant is near Metro station (Piramide)... and there is toilets inside.
There are seats inside and outside.
Pros: Very delicious food, Staff friendly, Near Metro station

Highly recommend vegan buffet - Edit
Just two metro stops from the Colosseum in a quieter part of Rome which was a nice change. Hard not to completely load up on the buffet as everything looked so delicious! I think it was about €2.60 for 100 grams which adds up quickly when you have around 500 grams of goodness on your plate. Really nice to have some fresh veg after eating too much pizza and pasta in Italy.
Read moreDefinitely treat yourself to dessert thought!!! The tiramisu was unforgettable, make sure to really savour every delicious mouthful 🤤
Pros: Buffet 100% vegan , Healthy options
Cons: Bit pricy but worth it , Buffet food could have been touch warmer

Best vegan food I’ve ever had - Edit
Wow wow wow! I ate here on my last day in Rome and wish I had gone earlier. Rome in general has abysmal veggie / vegan options. But this was honestly some of the best vegan food I’ve ever had. They offer a wide variety of tasty food in a buffet style setting. Note that buffet in this case isn’t like the US style “all you can eat”. Here you place the food on your plate and weigh it. It is certainly not cheap but I promise that this place is absolutely worth it.

Loved it so much - Edit
We love this place so much that we went back multiple times while we were in Rome plus took food to go for the airplane home. You can either order food from the buffet or from a selection of premade sandwiches, pizzas and calzones. They also have vegan croissants, pies and other desserts. We tried so much stuff and everything was sooooo good. Love that it was all organic too!! The premade stuff was a lot cheaper than the buffet - just FYI!

My husband & I had the buffet lunch on our trip to Rome & enjoyed the food thoroughly! If you’re vegan or vegetarian I highly recommend 100% bio. Their cappuccino was excellent too.

Vegan oasis in a city or dairy - Edit
A vegan restaurant in Rome? Mamma Mia! This place is the absolute bees knees. You load up your plate with all manner of global vegan goodness and then weigh the plate and eat. A huge variety and everything I tried was great. Friendly staff too. Only downside is due to its quality and uniqueness on the Saturday lunchtime I went all the dining tables were booked so I had to sit at the bar... no biggie as I was by myself but if you’re a group best to book ahead.

Delicious and affordable vegan treats-highly recommend the croissants (cornetti) and the various sandwiches with seitan. Close to Piramide metro station-a very worthwhile stop for tourists.

So Many Choices - Edit
This is pay-by-weight buffet style, so we tried as many of the offerings as we could fit on our plates. Not one of them was disappointing, and quite a few were excellent.
Read moreThe prices are not on the low side, but we are happy to pay a little more for quality.
The staff was delightful and helpful. With our Italian being weak at best, we were glad several staff members spoke English very well.

We arrived here for an early lunch after visiting the nearby Pyramid of Cestius (literally across the street, for more info, please see our review on this site). We were greeted by lovely staff who told us that unfortunately the lunch buffet did not start until 12:30. Nevertheless, they still had some croissants, and sandwiches to be served a la carte. We got a sandwich with shredded chik’n on poppy seed toast, a bite-sized seitan burger, and a chocolate chip muffin. We also ordered a Mocha espresso shot. The sandwiches could be served warmed or cold and came in a small bite size or a larger size. The food was very good and had a great combination of savory and acidity. The poppy seed toast was slightly dry when warmed up so may be better cold. The muffin was absolutely delicious and it is hard to get a good soft vegan muffin with adequate sweetness and flavor. The restaurant also offered vegan gelato and I’m sure the buffet is delicious as well, we just didn’t have a chance to try it but would definitely return.
Service ****
The staff was very kind and spoke English well. They also helped us with our choices when we found out we could not do the buffet lunch yet. There is no charge for tap water and the waitress delivered the food to the table.
Atmosphere ****
Very natural atmosphere with cozy corners. Patrons can choose to sit inside or outside. Bathrooms were also clean.

So good! - Edit
After having been disappointed by many veg buffets recently, this one definitely didn’t disappoint. Loads of options, the buffet is all vegan, and the woman behind the counter was patient and helpful in explaining things to two English speakers. Every dish I tried was flavorful. 👌🏻

Tasty but too expensive - Edit
tasty food but the price is too much. Friendly and helpful staff! There was no information about the foods in English but the servers were quick to offer help. I had a plateful from the "buffet", which then was weighted and cost me almost 16 euros. But as I said, tasty! And a lot of protein to choose from. The only big minus is the price.

Fantastic - Edit
At this 100% vegan organic restaurant they serve all kinds of veggie salad and also gluten free mini panini which is the Italian name for sandwich. I had a fantastic vegetarian biological salad mixed with quinoa, rice, spinach and many more ecological vegetables. All the ingredients had an amazingly delicious taste. They also sell vegan energy bars for take away. The owner is very veg friendly and the service is fast. See you again soon!!

Excellent for breakfast and lunch - Edit
100% Bio offers a gorgeous vegan buffet with many astonishing dishes. The food is sold by weight, you are free to take what you want from the huge buffet. Everything has a very good taste and you may be frustrated not to be able to try everything! They also have good croissants for breakfast (arrive before 11 am if you want some). I would definitely come back here. The place is nice and the staff is friendly. Prices are fair for quantity and quality (especially the buffet). So sad to read that they now propose cow's milk! Why?

UPDATED: COW'S MILK - Edit
So I've written a review before about how much I love this place, which I really do. I go here frequently but recently I've discovered that they offer dairy milk. Not stated on the menus but you get the option when ordering a coffee and it's right next to the other milks. My friend even got cows milk in her almond latte today but fortunately they switched before she had the time to drink it.
Read moreI'm very disappointed especially since cows milk is one of the cruelest practices and also because this is probably a consequence of costumer demand. I wish enough people could tell them that serving cows milk isn't acceptable...

Solo buonissimo - Edit
Ormai, vado quasi esclusivamente da loro, a pranzo. Sono entrato a curiosare quando ancora erano un cantiere e, da allora, non mi è mai successo di trovare qualcosa che non mi piacesse. Tutto buonissimo, sempre. Sempre fresco, appena cucinato, formula "a peso" chiara e praticissima. Ottimi i dolci, simpatico e disponibile lo staff. Consigliatissimo!

Excellent choice - Edit
We waited thru the dog days of August for this restaurant to reopen and it was worth it. The place is clean and comfortable and the food fresh and very good. The bean cholent was good even in warm weather and the mushy pea dish was the wonderful taste of pea soup without the liquid. We enjoyed everything we tasted and can highly recommend this cafe for lunch or dinner. It is very conveniently located across from the Ostiense metro station so don't miss it!

good but go for lunch - Edit
we went for dinner expecting a buffet but that closes for dinner, instead we got a sample platter of microwaved buffet leftovers? it was good but kinda greasy. I want to go back for lunch when you can assemble your own plate fresh
