Delicious Curry… but is it vegan? - Edit
If Om’s Thai can be made vegan—which I told it could be by the server before ordering—, then it is one of the best options in Coron town for the portion size, flavor, and live music.

No vegan options!! - Edit
I asked about vegan options and was told they don’t have any! Even the “vegetarian” options aren’t vegetarian as they all use fish sauce.

No vegan options available - Edit
I went there yesterday and asked about vegan options. The owner told me they put fish sauce in everything and can't offer any vegan dish.

Solid but limited - Edit
Got the green curry fried rice with no meat, which I was told was vegan. The portion was huge, I split it with my boyfriend and we were both full after. Dish was tasty though simple. Wish it could’ve had tofu, but a solid option in Coron for veg*ns!

Cons: Limited vegan options, no vegan proteins

Good place ! - Edit
We took the green curry fried rice for 340 pesos. The portion is very large, enough for 2 to 3 people. That's actually a good price for Coron. The taste was ok. That's a good place if you travel on a budget.
Read moreThe atmosphere is very nice : the staff is friendly, cool view from the second floor, simple but nice decoration and we had a guitarist playing that was lovely.

Tasty but was it vegan? - Edit
Tasty food but a bit concerned of whether it was vegan or not.
Read moreAsked what was vegan and was advised initially that the pad Thai was but after ordering and waiting told it wasn’t but it was ‘fine’ because there was only a small amount of fish sauce used (!). Thankfully they told me! Switched with my meat eating husband and had the Penang Tofu curry instead which was really creamy (missing a few veggies!).
Spring rolls were very tasty - great crunch!
Pros: Quick service , Tasty food , Staff knowledge on ingredients
Cons: Staff understanding of vegan & vegetarianism , More veg in curries would be great

Huge fried rice to share - Edit
Seems to be a newer place with a rooftop seating (no sunset view). The menu isn’t big and offers four curries (one is a soup), three fried rice, and five stir-fried dishes. Almost every dish is made with meat, fish or egg but we could easily change our fried rice to a vegan version with tofu instead of chicken. I’m pretty sure they are able to make vegan curries too. Cool thing are the portions of the fried rice. They are for two to three people and therefore huge. The price is around 340 Peso which is 170 per person and therefore very interesting if you’re traveling on a budget as we do. It was tasty, and the staff friendly.
