Amazing vegan gelato - Edit
If you go to Rovinj do not miss out on this popular gelato spot on a lively backstreet a few mins from the marina. They had multiple vegan gelato options. Perhaps the best vegan gelato I have ever had.

The staff clearly understood what vegan meant as they said all cones were vegan apart from the ones decorated which had honey in.

You can mix 2 flavors in small portion (3 €, summer 2024). But it's definitely not small😉
Nice communicative and always smiling staff.
Many vegan options. Cone is vegan, too, I asked. And it's delicious.
Credit cards accepted.
Maybe you will have to wait, but it's definitely worth it.

Small hole-in wall gelato shop with several flavours including chocolates and nut-flavours, not just fruit. Flavours change over time. The green ones on menu are vegan. Friendly staff. Located among cute alleyways in old town nice shade to enjoy your gelato. A must-visit!

There are a lot of ice cream shops in Rovinj but we went there because half of the flavours were vegan and they had different chocolate flavours (100% dark, 70% salted, nougat and Sachertorte). I couldn't decide so the ice cream guy let us try two different flavours and explained the ingredients. I decided for salted and nougat in M and my boyfriend tried salted and Sachertorte in S size. We were both very happy with our choice, the ice cream was delicious!! Definitely recommendable if you want to try something special!
