Great Vegan Options - Edit
Good selection of vegan and GF options. The avocado bread was delicious (but a bit small) with a fair price.

Very yummy food here - Edit
We ate here twice, I had Nasi Campur one night and Vegan vegetable pasta the other. Both were very yummy but the pasta was my favourite. They had a movie night too which was a nice touch as they gave us pop corn.

Sensational Seaside Cafe - Edit
Had smoothie bowls 2 mornings running with added vegan vanilla cashew icecream, yummo. Ask staff to bring them out as soon as they are made, otherwise become like a smoothie.

Waren hier ein paar mal und es war alles sehr lecker was wir probiert haben. Bestellt auf jeden Fall das vegane Satay, die Soße war einfach unglaublich gut!

Salad missing elements - Edit
A bit disappointing. I liked the good karma smoothie, but the food is plain, one of the main parts of our salad was avocado, which was missing. We asked why, and they said it had ran out although they didn’t tell us this when ordering. 30 minutes later we saw them serve avocado on toast to another customer. They clearly lied to us, I guess because they’re trying to cut costs? Anyway, wouldn’t really recommend, there’s far better places in town.

Thought they would be better - Edit
This place became my smoothie place for a week as they had spinach (so hard to get enough leafy greens in Lembongan!). They had the good karma seaweed cube which I appreciate as well. As for the other food I wouldn’t get excited though. The nut milks has sugar in them, as do the granola and desserts (including the raw option), so no nice lattes, smoothie bowls or cake. No meal is made from whole foods and they add olive oil to their tahini which is weird. Soy isn’t organic (a huge no-no) and in general I was disappointed. Also juices are very small in size, especially for the price. On the plus side though the staff is kind, view fab and they have lemon/cucumber slices in their water a tiny sustainability shop. When I got a take away it was wrapped in banana leaves which I love (food inside wasn’t good though 🙃).

Staff, vibes, view and atmosphere were great! Food whatsoever was very average, small portions, pricey and not very strong in any taste 😅 I’m sure there’s better places out there

Delicious food for relatively fair price - Edit
Lovely place which serves both delicious food with many vegan and vegetarian options as well as supporting good initiatives like zero waste. We also liked their home made coconut cream which was on the coconutty milkshake. We went both for lunch and breakfast and both times the food was good and tasty. Staff is friendly, they don’t charge extra when using creditcard. Also great that they have free water available.

It's a good beach option - Edit
Ok, I want to start by saying that when you're on Nusa Lembongan there aren't any fully vegan places, so a lot of the time you're just making do. I've been to Ombak several times and will continue to return, but my expectations aren't as high any more.
Read moreIt's a beautiful cafe right on the beach and the staff are wonderful. The menu looks really great too, with several vegan options clearly labeled, even vegan sweets like banana bread and bliss balls. On paper, it should be wonderful. It's just.... I've had a couple of things that haven't been quite as good as they should be. Like a good 7/10. I came on Christmas Day for dinner and got a tempeh burger, but the bun was quite stale. (It was Christmas so I wasn't going to complain, but I did see another table complain of the same thing). I had the apple pie one day and the same thing, the flavour was great but it was a little bit stale and should have been thrown out before it was served to customers. I mentioned this when I was paying that day but the server didn't see the staleness as a negative.... I defined the word several times but he said the apple pie should be 'a bit hard' which baffled me, a Brit who has eaten more than a handful of apple pies in my lifetime!
Ultimately, I still think this is a good place! They know what vegan means and they happily cater for us. The oat iced latte has been one of my highlights on this island honestly. And there are plugs and wifi for the worker bees.
Pros: Vegan options clearly labelled, Beautiful beachfront location, They do fun weekly events like cinema nights etc.
Cons: Sometimes food is a bit stale

Coffee on the beach with vegan option. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. I joined the breakfast. Coffee and breakfast was good. Just the waiter was a little confused about vegan and he brings me also butter which was not vegan…

Lovely restaurant with stunning beach views ✨ - Edit
Came here very often and loved it each time. The vegan food is good, definitely leaving some space for improvements still. But the atmosphere, the desserts and the coffee really do take the cake. Also, they show ocean movies on Monday nights 🌞🌞 highly recommended

not certain on vegan - Edit
slightly disappointing as i ordered the vegan burger and asked about the mayo they said it was vegan but also that they didn’t have charcoal buns so used a brioche bun which i’m not sure was vegan, and the burger itself was quite dry unfortunately
