Lots of delicious vegan options here - Edit
This place is located on the main floor of the Renenim shopping mall. There are many different vegan vegetable patties available at a very reasonable price: 12 for NIS 60. The seller, a lovely woman who does the cooking, packs up whatever you want in freezer containers, so you can stock up. The veg patties are all unique and I have been getting an assortment. Also, the gluten-free quiche is quite good (called pashtida), and there are lots of side dishes. I've been getting the chickpeas and black-eyed peas and having them as cold salads, or you can heat them up. Worth stopping by if you are in the area of Ra'anana! Bear in mind, she's there Friday morning only.
