Om Vegan - Edit

This is a great eatery. Self serve buffet daily $12:50 per 100 grams. Amazing selection of smoothies and shakes.
Has also selction of cakes. Well worth the visit for lunch.
Revisited today had a platter of delicious salads and hot dishes. Followed up with a dragonfruit, mango and banana smoothie yummmmm. The imagination of these dishes were amazing. Highly recommend gets 11 out of 10. So vegans and veggies try once or twice or thrice.

Pros: 100% vegan, Excellent food, Plus Variety

Variety is not enough - Edit

I was hopeful when I found this restaurant full of clientele at a lunchtime, but I found the food uninteresting, tepid and an expensive lunch. It was, however, a filling meal, and the range of foods in the buffet is diverse and fresh.

Pros: variety, freshness, location

Cons: warm food too cold, no depth of flavour, not cheap

Great variation of different salads, soups, curries and more. Never tried a vegan Shepherds Pie earlier which was delicious as well as the smoothie.

Delicious lunch - Edit

I was surprized. The curry was delicious. The mac and cheese was on point. And the salad dressings were top notch. They even made kale taste good.

Pros: self serve, lots of variety in buffet, reasonable

Cons: no complaints :)

Great variety of healthy food. I had a big plateful of food and only cost $13 I was so full I didn’t get to try desert. Will definitely go back. Tucked away in a side street yet very popular cafe.

Pros: tasty food, good variety and cheap.

Cons: As usual with a buffet the food wasn’t hot enough

Easy wholefoods! - Edit

We wanted a quick but delicious meal while we were out in the city. I found OM kitchen on happycow. We went there and it was easy to find with good service. They told me all the meals with corriander so I could avoid it. All food was wholefoods and tasted delicious. Even though it was a buffet the food tasted fresh and delcious with varieties of fusion cuisines. I would return again. It was $15.90 for 500 grams. Good vibes inside and easy place to get quick but nourishing food.

Pros: vegan wholefoods buffet quick knowledgeable sta

hidden gem near the CBD - Edit

This tucked away place is certainly worth hunting out, and they are getting quite a lunchtime regular following! There is a buffet available, some amazing raw desserts, and a selection of shakes and smoothies that is very worth checking out. While you eat you can look at some of the books they have in the little library. It’s a very chill space and the owners are lovely. Definite recommend!!

Pros: delicious, well located for city folk

Great buffet, relaxed ambiance - Edit

I have been to OM around 5 times and now tried everything on the menu. All dishes were good (although I now have a few go-to favourites). I am not a fan of all-you-can-eat buffets so I like the pay-by-weight method used by OM. However, I still eat too much every time because it is so delicious.

Pros: Pay-by-weight buffet, Quiet ambiance away from bustle of Oxford Street

Cons: Not (yet) open for dinner.

it's not a very big shop but its pretty cosy -- there is a shelf of books and the staff were very nice

Pros: cheap (good value), delicious food, friendly staff

Cons: a bit small, maybe less convenient for big groups

The food is excellent and the counter staff helpful. A good range of eastern and western style dishes (curry & lasagna !).
You can easily miss the place when going by as it doesn't advertise itself on the street.

Pros: All vegan, Great value

Cons: Awful new age massage music

Delicious curry - Edit

While this is only a quick review (I barely got to experience the place) I will note that the Jackfruit Curry there was wonderful. Staff were courteous and the whole place seems great.

Pros: Tasy curries

Cons: Wish it were open for dinner!

The world needs more vegan buffets! - Edit

I love this format. Serve yourself from a wonderful buffet. Casual yet modern and clean. Love the falafel balls, the garlic kale, all of the Indian dishes, The feta style tofu, the beet hummus, and many other things. I did not taste any added salt, everything tastes natural ingredients and little or no processed food. The way it should be. I'm passing through town, but if I lived here, I would come very often. I did not have room for the wonderful looking brownies and other desserts.

Too Much To Choose From - Edit

The food was incredible. I'll just repeat that sentiment, the food was amazing. My only complaint is they charge by weight. Not sure about you other vegans but I can eat a shit ton of food and it doesn't even touch the sides. I just wanted to sample it all but the price would have become prohibitive.

My only complaint, this place is expensive if you want a big meal that fills you up.

Pros: 100% Vegan , deserts are awesome everything made in-house

Cons: can get expensive if you have an appetite

healthy tasty food - Edit

Great food but is expensive. A buffet meal for for a moderate hunger will cost you about $14-17, and a smoothie $9.

very good place to eat healthy - Edit

I was in Sydney for a week and loved this place. I wasn't completely full but happy for the first time in Australia. There are so many greens to choose from. I don't like to be sickly filled up with food and this was just right for me.
