Great fast food - Edit
It might be healthier than the meat based alternative, but I wouldn’t classify the food as healthy. What it is, however, is very good fast food. We had the trio of burgers and traditional hot dogs, and both were excellent! My partner also really liked the two cakes we tried. Like the description says: write to them on WhatsApp as you need to order ahead.

We had salad, kambucha drinks, burgers, hotdogs and cakes. It was an awesome and delicious experience.

Manuel (the owner) is very friendly and can speak English. We could order food to Chacao area for 2 USD extra which was good and convenient. The food was delicious, was had burger, hot dogs, burrito, etc. I recommend it 100%!

PS It would be a sin not to order the chocolate cake on your next order, 100% RECOMMENDED.

Nice offer in terms of veganized street food. Although it's mostly focused on burgers, it also offers other dishes, including venezuelan traditional ones.

We tried their empanadas, hot dogs, cachitos and pan de jamón: all really good, flavorful and nice portions.
We also ordered a couple of their vegan cheeses, which are incredible (eyes watering, as the guayanes tastes like the original one. Not the texture, but flavor is there and is amazing)
Some Desserts are nice as well, being their crumbles their best! We even took an extra one back home, as it was super super good ♡
On the downside, not necessarily "healthy" food, they do include many super elements such as quinoa, amaranth, açai and nuts...
Desserts are a bit pricey, considering their Size and rest of the menu (6$ a slice)
