Die Bagels sind ganz okay, nichts besonderes. Der Kaffee war geschmacklich in Ordnung aber nicht ansprechend zubereitet. Etwas zu teuer, das liegt wahrscheinlich an Maastricht.

Bagels and Pancakes - Edit
Great vegan options. We had pancakes for breakfast. I had Queen of the Jungle. So good! I chose a vegan Latte Speculoos as my drink. Delicious.
Read moreWe took some bagels to go for lunch on our way home. I had the Vegan B.L.T. and my non-vegan boyfriend the Faux Chicken. Both are so good. My boyfriend wants to try the whole menu. Too bad we don't live nearby.
We will definitely visit again next time we are in Maastricht.

Delicious tempeh bagel - Edit
Very nice lunch spot. There’s plenty of seats inside and also a small garden. There’s multiple vegan options on the menu. We had the BLT bagel and the tempeh was delicious. There’s also vegan milkshakes (with vegan whipped cream!). Not the best vegan shake I’ve ever had but definitely still good. Nice to have many options, all clearly labeled.

We waren een beetje sceptisch ivm eerdere slechte ervaringen met restaurants die niet 100% vegan zijn, maar sap is het soort restaurant die dat soort vooroordelen volledig de kop indrukt.

De porties zijn groot en de milkshakes niet super vet, waardoor je er niet zo enorm vol van komt te zitten. Het personeel is ook super aardig, wat toch een leuke bijkomstigheid is.

I loved having breakfast here. SAP has a lot of vegan options for a sweet or more savoury breakfast. I loved the vegan chicken pesto bagel. If I would ever come back to Maastricht I would most definitely come back tot this for breakfast/lunch. (The dish in the picture isn’t vegan, but vegetarian)

Jammer dat je het wat aan de dure kant vond. Wij zijn een van de goedkoopste van Maastricht en met de huidige inkoopprijzen/gas/water/licht rekeningen hebben we helaas geen andere keus dan de huidige prijzen.
Hopelijk kom je nog eens terug om de rest van de kaart te proeven. De halve kaart is nml veganistische dus er zijn genoeg opties!

Friendly service, but limited seating places so make sure to come in early.

I had the Dabbing Buddha bagel. When you’re not in to vegan cheese or faux chicken there aren’t many options regarding to vegan bagels (only two). The bagel was okay, but didn’t swept me off my feet. I missed a mix of surprising flavours. The vegan cappuccino with oat milk, and the vegan chocolate that came with it, was good. I missed a cosy atmosphere, sitting in the front of the business (noise of the juicing machine), and the cutlery that wasn’t my taste.

I really love their vegan salads and Dabbin Buddha bagel. They're one of the few who use tempeh instead of falafal or plain hummus. So couldn't be any better. Would love to see some extra options in the future!

Read moreDank voor de review! Echter aan de foto’s te zien ben je niet bij Sap op de Markt geweest maar bij Sap in de stationstraat. Wij staan volledig los van elkaar en hebben ook andere kaarten. Bij ons is de meerderheid van de kaart namelijk Vegan en hebben we dus heel veel opties! ;-)
