One of the best vegan restaurants in the city - Edit
It is the only vegan restaurant in Innsbruck which is not fast food like. Just a nice restaurant with a more high class atmosphere. This is also reflected on the price. It is quite expensive but you really get some quality food there. The ingredients seem to be fresh and all they offer seems to be made by themselves. They offer appetizers, main courses and of course desserts. A reservation is recommended.

We had a lovely evening meal. Lots of gluten free options. The burger was so tasty and the trifle was the best trifle ever! So glad we booked a table, we wouldn't have wanted to miss the opportunity to eat here while we were in innsbruck!

We visited the place om a Saturday. The place opens at 5 pm.
Read moreWe ordered the soup of the day (sweet potato soup or parsley root soup), falafel and a portobello burger. The food was great and so was the service. The place was fully booked, but managed to get a table for 1 hour. The menu is only available in German.
Make.sure to book in advance to be sure you get a table. The place is closed on Sundays and Mondays.

Großartiges Essen & gemütliches Lokal - Edit
War hier ganz zufällig und kann das Lokal wirklich nur empfehlen. Das Essen ist super gut, das Ambiente richtig gemütlich, es gibt feine Getränke (Spritzer mit alkoholfreiem Bio Schaumwein 🧡) und das Personal ist auch noch nett ! Alles in allem einfach sehr sehr toll dort😄

Read moreThe service was very friendly and attentive. As soon as our drinks were empty, we were asked directly if we needed anything else. We had the walnut burger and spelt dumplings with chanterelles.
The food was very good, although a little less salty. But that is known to be a matter of taste. ;)
Unfortunately, there were no salt shakers on the table. However, in my opinion, all this is no reason to deduct one star.
The dessert was excellent too!

Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Sobald unsere Getränke leer waren, wurden wir direkt gefragt ob wir noch etwas brauchen. Wir hatten den Walnuss-Burger und Dinkel-Knödel mit Pfifferlingen.
Das essen war sehr gut, wenn auch etwas wenig salzig. Aber das ist bekanntlich Geschmacksache. ;)
Leider gab es keine Salzstreuer auf dem Tisch. Das ist aber meiner Meinung alles kein Grund einen Stern abzuziehen.
Die Nachspeise war ebenfalls ausgezeichnet!

... now they've gone fully vegan! ❤️🌱 Whilst Green Flamingo is still my favourite eatery for a casual meal in Innsbruck, Olive is the place to go in an evening: slightly more elegant but far from overly fancy. Food is delicious! I was glad to see they stuck to just a few meals on the menu to choose from - I'd rather they offer just a few options but do them well. Which they do, everything is beyond delicious. Very friendly staff as well!
