Spijt dat ik de burger heb gekozen - Edit
Ik koos de Mexican burger die met een "crispy patty with cream cheese" werd aangeprezen op het menu. Ik kreeg een keihard broodje met een maisprutje als patty. Volgens de serveerster was de burger hun classic en zo bedoeld dus er kon niets aan gedaan worden.

Semi fine dining vegan restaurant - Edit
Feels like fine dining but the prices are very reasonable! Very nice space and friendly staff. Small menu with a choice of only 3 mains at a time but I think that’s what makes it more like fine dining. We had no time for dessert sadly because the dessert menu also sounded delicious! Next time!

Weren’t sure if we wanted to come due to the low options of food (3 mains to choose from) however so glad we did! We had the quesadilla for entree, we didn’t know it could taste so good!! Then ordered the dumplings and burger for mains. Really tasty!! Had brownie for dessert, was nice but would probably get another dessert next time.

Wir hatten den Avocadoburger und die Falafelbowl. Beides war superlecker. Schön, dass es einige glutenfreie Optionen gibt! Zum Nachtisch gab’s den Brownie mit Vanilleeis, ebenfalls köstlich. Man hat geschmeckt, dass alles frisch und mit guten Zutaten zubereitet wurde. Die Bedienung war auch sehr nett und aufmerksam.

Olive in Innsbruck impresses with delicious food and friendly, warm staff. The burger with portobello mushrooms was good – interesting flavors and well made, although the consistency did take some time to get used to. The quesadillas were also tasty, but a bit small for €10. Overall, however, it is a nice restaurant with good food and a pleasant atmosphere – highly recommended!

My main course was a portobello mushroom burger on a homemade sesame bun that really impressed me. The bun itself was a standout, and the mushroom was enormous, juicy, and perfectly prepared. The burger came with potato wedges and a creamy herb sauce that was seasoned so thoughtfully—it felt indulgent yet fresh.
For dessert, a rich brownie with ice cream, paired with a decaf macchiato. Everything was absolutely divine, the perfect ending to the meal.
The menu is small, but every dish feels intentional and homemade from start to finish. Nothing fussy—just real, lovingly prepared food that highlights the flavors of each ingredient. Good wine and spritz menu with alcohol free drinks too!
If you’re in Innsbruck, don’t miss this place. 100% recommend Olive for anyone looking for a delicious, satisfying vegan dinner in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

We had not booked in advance, and the restaurant was full (on a Tuesday evening in September), but the lovely staff let us come and sit at the bar. Service was slow, because the place was so busy, but the ambience is very pleasant, so it was not a problem.
Read moreThere were only three choices of main dish, and I opted for the felafel salad. It had a mix of avocado, some kind of squash, and a flavoursome white sauce, as well as moist, delicious, freshly made felafel. My friend had the Portobello mushroom burger. Everything was well flavoured, well presented, and of good quality. At around €17, the mains are not cheap, but are perfectly reasonable by 2025 standards.
I’m only giving four stars just because the choice of dishes is so restricted, but it’s a great place, and the staff are lovely, so it’s no wonder it is so busy! It would be nice to have an option to book on line, for those of us who are scared to speak German on the phone.

Really nice that Olive serves on weekdays a 2-course lunch for only 14 euro. Way to go to spread veganism!

Best Place for Vegan Dinner in Innsbruck! - Edit
We had such an amazing dinner at Olive. We ordered mains, deserts and drinks and everything was expertly prepared and tasted like heaven. And it was such a great experience to find a fully vegan restaurant in Austria where you can just order anything.
