Decent options at an airport hotel

We had to overnight at a hotel due to a flight cancellation, and by the time we checked into our airport hotel, it was pretty much too late to go out anywhere else. We went to Olio in our lobby and were surprised at all the green leaves on the menu. We asked the hostess if that meant they were vegan, and she replied yes, most likely not understanding the difference between vegan and vegetarian. We looked and saw some of the marked options were definitely NOT vegan, so we asked our server and he told us that the only hot meal that was 100% vegan as marked on the menu was the "Vegan Tempeh." We both ordered that and were pleasantly surprised on how delicious it was. Ancient grains, mushrooms, sweet potatoes, tempeh, avocado, tomatoes, fried chickpeas and tahini dressing. This was one of the BEST tempeh dishes I've ever had in a restaurant. Would definitely order it again if I have another flight cancellation!

Pros: Delicious vegan option, great attentive server

Cons: Expensive airport prices, would have liked more actual vegan options

Good veg options at a hotel restaurant

We were surprised to find many vegetarian items marked on the menu. One was clearly marked vegan tempeh but many of the marked vegetarian items looked like they could be vegan or with a slight alteration be made vegan.
We ordered the Mediterranean platter (marked vegetarian) and confirmed with the server that it did not contain any dairy. We also got the Olio Burger made with a beyond burger and got it without the cheddar.
The food was very tasty and the presentation was beautiful. A little expensive but it was the best and easiest option for a meal before going to the airport.
Not sure I'd go out of my way to eat there, but if I was staying at the hotel again I wouldn't hesitate to eat there before a flight.

Pros: Clearly marked vegetarian items (some are vegan), Convenient if you stay at the hotel

Cons: Expensive, Service was friendly but a little slow
