Forgot to stock up on the vegan options - Edit
I really wanted to love this place, it is so pretty and they have a great concept, clearly labelled menu.... Unfortunately they had no vegan cheese so I couldn't try any of the vegan boards which was a big disappointment. Then went on to order a few of the tapas with vegan options, the mushrooms were very acidic as they removed the cream but didn't replace it with an alternative so the flavour was not enjoyable and lacking love. Although the food was a let down the Negroni was fabulous! I recommend asking when you book if they are prepared with the vegan options.

Highly recommend - Edit
Had a selection of tapas at this friendly restaurant in the beautiful Betws-y-Coed. I recommend the patatas bravas, garlic mushrooms, pan con tomate, gordal olives, and butterbean stew. There were a good amount of dishes that I didn’t even get to try. I would have revisited in a heartbeat if I had more time spare whilst in North Wales!

Awesome sharing platter - Edit
Booked a table for two in the bar area (as we would have our dogs with us) for my birthday yesterday. We had the vegan sharing board and a couple of tapas dishes to share and a chocolate torte for dessert. Whilst the vegan options were limited, they were all delicious and it was especially nice to have the option of a vegan cheese/sharing platter. Will definitely be dining here again.

Vegan cheese board!!! - Edit
Vegan cheese board was absolutely delicious. They also do a grazing board and many of the tapas options are vegan too. The vegan cheese is locally made and is cashew based - super creamy and tasty. Would love to come back here.
