Re-opened in 2013 and began offering a separate vegan menu with usually 2 daily entrees, such as vegan pipian (pumpkin mole sauce made with pasilla chiles and herbs, tomatoes, pumpkin seeds and spices served over garbanzo beans and cauliflower), plus some other vegan dishes from soup and salad to tacos, burritos, and enchiladas.
