Crispy Brussel Sprouts 🤯 - Edit
I ordered the crispy brussel sprouts appetizer (tossed with cranberries, pecans and mustard vinaigrette) which was not listed as vegan, but the amazing server assured me that they were. This appetizer may be the best one I've had.
Read moreThe Vegan burger was a little less exciting but was still edible. The fries were a no go for me and if I am ever in the area again, I will definitely ask for them to be well done.
Their inhouse iced tea was pretty tasty and tied the meal together! Overall happy but still rating a 3 just because of lack of options.
Pros: Brussel Sprouts , Tea, Service
Cons: Fries

Stay away - Edit
Came on a Friday night. Service is slow and the vegan options are not great. The lady at the front is super rude. Don’t waste your time or money coming here.

Three Stars Due to Vegan Options… - Edit
Ol’ Buckaroo offers a lovely outdoor setting, a rare find in Three Rivers, and is the go-to spot for vegan options in the area. However, our experience left us somewhat disappointed.
Read moreThe vegan burger, their sole vegan main course, crumbled easily and lacked flavor, rendering the entire sandwich rather bland. We found ourselves requesting extra vegan aioli just to make it enjoyable. The accompanying fries, served with ketchup, were disappointingly limp.
The staff is friendly, but they tend to visit the table frequently, which can become quite annoying. One additional note is that there is no longer risotto on the menu.
While Ol’ Buckaroo does provide a vegan burger as the only main dish, it’s not one we’d eagerly return for. There’s room for improvement in the quality and taste of their vegan offerings, as well as in service pacing.

Great burger and more - Edit
The name was originally off-putting, but I'm so glad I tried it. They had a house made hummus plate (omit feta), a salad with watermelon and sunflower seeds and high quality greens (omit cheese), and their vegan burger with house made beet rice patty vegan cheese vegan aoili is really one of the best vegan burgers I've ever had! Service was friendly and efficient. Definitely recommended if you're staying in or passing through Three Rivers.

Great & funky - Edit
We really enjoyed our dinner at this sweet little spot. The service was very nice and we got our food/drinks super quick. We had to add a little bit of salt to the vegan dishes but we had plenty of options on the menu. We ordered the vegan risotto, the simple summer salad (which is all made with local vegetables), the fried brussels sprouts, the waffle fries and a couple of drinks. Everything was enjoyable. They have mist sprayers above their outside tables to keep you cool during the summer. A perfect spot to stop after a long hike with the big trees.
