I had the Korean burger, which was a battered tofu burger with various toppings and a slightly spiced sauce. Not hot, just warming. It was delicious. My partner had a burrito, which was filling and full of darker flavours.
The place was buzzing with non stop chatter from a non stop stream of customers, with as many taking away as eating in.
Lovely little place, well worth a stop and ideal if you're short on time.
Pros: Great value, delicious , Varied options
Cons: Could be tricky to eat in as it's so busy

Friendly, mainly takeaway, eatery for ‘street food’ ie junk vegan. When ordering, I thought the prices were incredibly cheap, then, when the Buddha bowl arrived, it was tiny. I could have ordered 2 mains, I suppose, but, if I were them, I’d have 2 sizes : small ( or what they do now) and normal. Having got that off my chest, the food was good and tasty and everything is vegan.

Okra is without a doubt one of the best Plant Based Restaurants on the Planet. Everything on the menu is delicious and well considered, and the vibe in the restaurant is perfect - great music. Big big fan of the Chippy T burger which is a deep fried, crispy piece of tofu, a SALT AND VINEGAR HASHBROWN, curry sauce and pickles in a homemade bread bun - but honestly you can't go wrong here.

I've eaten here a number of times and have always been happy. The flavours are balanced and interesting. Even my 6 year old salad dodger loved the tofu. The chipped potatoes are amazing. So simple but so good. The only downside are the opening hours but it makes it more of a treat when you get to buy something. Yum.

We visited here in May 2021. The menu is small but the food is fantastic and good value for money (burgers/flatbreads between £5-£7). There’s limited room inside to dine in but we managed to squeeze in around on tables around the till area, overlooking the kitchen.

We stopped for food here before getting some errands done in Shrewsbury and it was fabulous. Difficult to choose from the menu, I wanted to try it all but settled for the Korean BBQ Tofu wrap with jacket potato fries and it did not disappoint. Great portion sizes and it was so flavourful and delicious. The smoothies also were beautiful! Will definitely be back next time we are in town.
