The tofu is delicious - Edit
The tofu is crunchy on the outside and egg like texture on the inside. Delicious. They will substitute the tofu for any meat entree. The fried rice had a little egg. I should have asked. They may omit it. There is a steam rice option. The veggie steam rolls were delicious. The veggie entree with rice was good too.
