A small restaurant that serves both Balinese and Padang vegetarian-vegan food. Uses soy protein, jackfruit, and tofu in dishes. Been around for quite some years. Reported closed October 2023.

Cheap, not so much choice

The food was good, but not so much options to choose from. When you are around, good for lunch

Cheap and Tasty

A small vegetarian restaurant in the heart of Denpasar. Love their meatball, they usually have nasi campur, where we can choose several food to be pair with the rice.

Pros: Lots of vegetarian food option, Vegetarian items shop

Cons: Small place

Tasty and spicy

Everything was great for a set meal of 20k. Recommended for sure, no English spoken. I venture to say it's 90% vegan, there was a very faint taste of egg in one of the dishes.

Has Padang

I’ve eaten at a handful of vegetarian warungs and all have the same sort of Balinese food (which I enjoy). This one has slightly different versions of the usual, which were tasty. They also use soy protein. It is also the first vegetarian warung I’ve seen that has both Balinese and Padang offerings. For Padang, they had young jackfruit in a watery tomato sauce, a tofu/soy meat in a tasty peanut-lime sauce, and other things. Overall, not spectacular, but no regrets. Our Go-jek driver took us there because Loving Hut was closed. The owner said they do not use milk and eggs. The krupuk tasted fishy so we didn’t eat it.
