Las ensaladas más ricas que he comido en la vida - Edit
Este local vende ensaladas únicamente. (Algunas llevan carnes), pero tiene unas ensaladas base a las que se les puede añadir tofu, nueces, maíz y muchos toppings, fui tres veces porque sencillamente me encantó.
Read moreLa primera y tercera vez pedí una ensalada que se llama Freekeh and chickpeas, se me hace agua la boca de recordarla. Y la segunda vez llevé a gente que come carne, pidieron esa misma pero le añadieron sus respectivas proteínas y amaron, yo en cambio pedí Apple and Ginger sin queso pero con un mix de nueces y quedó deli.
Los precios están muy bien para Jordania, que ya es bastante cara.
El local no dice el nombre que sale acá, dice The salad shop.

Pros: Todo son ensaladas, adaptables a tu gusto., Puedes armar tu propia ensalada., El personal es superamable.

Great salads in Amman - Edit
I often crave salads when I'm traveling and was super excited to find this place. It's part of the Conroy Hotel complex. The sign doesn't say OJ, something about salads... I built my own and the variety of fresh ingredients was nice. The staff are knowledgeable about which options and dressings are vegan. I had the ginger dressing, which was very nice and gingery, and they had a couple other options including a balsamic vinaigrette. Everything was fresh and delicious and was mixed by hand. Staff wore masks and the place appears very clean. There's a small seating area. I'll definitely be back!
