Lovely spot - Edit
Enniskerry isn’t far from Dublin but is very much a countryside village, where eating out is limited for vegans. This place serves a nice vegan focaccia sandwich, which was fresh and tasty (roast veg, chickpeas, hummus, salad leaves, sriracha). They can warm it up in a sandwich press but these are also used for non-vegan food (it’s a small café) so use your own your judgement. They also had vegan chocolates. Lovely staff and pleasant outdoor sitting.

Lots of veggie milk options, a vegetarian sandwich and a vegan one as well. We had the vegan and enjoyed it.

Vegan sandwich - Edit
Vegan sandwich with roasted veg, hummus, flafalal and siracha sauce is very tasty. Lots of milk alternatives for coffees etc. Sometimes has a vegan sweet treat but not always. Small area to sit outside, mostly takeaway.
