Fantastic Off the Beaten Path Option - Edit
Wowowow so I came into the area to pop into a local cat cafe (Mac tabby - highly recommend and offer alt milks) and we found this spot. I’m so glad we did. I had the Sarie Marias which was an amazing sweet and spicy chile fried cauliflower with pineapple sticky rice INSIDE a grilled pineapple. LET ME TELL YOU. One of the best things I’ve eaten in a minute. I also had the salted caramel choc bomb and usually don’t like heavy chocolate. But it was actually very light. And not too sweet. Just right. Highly recommend. Also they have live music and a huge patio space with an outdoor bar and wine bar. Kind of a place that is good for everyone!

The best patio - Edit
I was in Charlotte for business and visited at the end of a stressful day. The best part was the patio, with its picnic tables, umbrellas, string lights, and tree canopy. It was a tranquil, comfortable place for an informal meal. I had the Sabie Sabie Sandwich, and it was very tasty, though not what I expected: It was advertised as a bahn mi, but in fact was a veganized Reuben. The raspberry chocolate mousse bomb was an indulgent dessert, big enough to share. The sandwich was $17, so be prepared to spend a bit.

We always look forward to an Oh My Soul meal! My favorite is the chicken and waffles & the cheddar jalapeño hushpuppies. The menu is large and we always take home desserts (plural)!

Oh My Word! - Edit
Ate here with my family while on vacation. The food is so good. We ended up taking the majority of it home because it was a lot of food; 3 days later we still have a couple things left. Honestly, the food is good, the vibe is nice and the staff is super sweet.

Amazing food, staff, atmosphere - Edit
Oh My Soul’s owners truly care about the animals. They have vegan messaging all throughout the restaurant. I’ve been to vegan restaurants all across the country and Oh My Soul is up at the top of the list with the best of them in terms of food, selection, and atmosphere. PLUS they support animal activism and have supported several animal sanctuaries throughout the southeast. They are the best of the best and a MUST if you’re in Charlotte.

Amazing Vegan Spot - Edit
If you’re looking for amazing vegan food of high quality with lots of flavor, look no further. Everything on their menu is amazing. I will say that I wish there was better seating, you can only sit outside under a tent with gravel on the ground that can be a bit challenging to walk through. Do note that they are kind of pricy as well, the food is worth it but you pay a good chunk and have to eat outside.

Excellent Meal and Atmosphere - Edit
The food, menu, and decor are as vibrant as the lovely murals. In the funky arts district of Charlotte, this vegan restaurant does not disappoint. The staff was friendly and helpful in deciding what to select from its overwhelming but fantastic menu. It’s pet-friendly with options for pups too. I loved the spirit rolls and cookie; fresh ingredients with a delicious sauce. My dog loved his big cookie.

Tasty but ludicrously expensive - Edit
I loved the tastes of everything, but with costs as crazy as these, I'd be lucky to come about once a year. Also, that burger was way too tall for any human to realistically consume, bloody good, though. Amazing venue, there was live music playing whilst we ate so that offset some of the hurt of the bill.

Delicious Main Dishes, Depressing Desserts - Edit
Their options were impressive and I was not prepared by the astounding amount of variety they had. I got the Waka Waka Vurger. This had a unique and delicious flavor. I've never had South African food, but if this is how it's supposed to be then I need to seek out more. My wife ordered the Hippie Chick Vurger which was just as scrumptious as the Waka Waka. Their main dishes were so remarkable, that I wasn't going to miss out on dessert. Unfortunately, both the chocolate-dipped cheesecake and the banana gelato we had were not good. The cheesecake tastes like pure coconut extract and had no cheesecake element at all other than the texture. The banana gelato was filled with artificial banana flavors and not enjoyable. If these folks could improve their desserts, would without a doubt rate 5 stars.
