bit disappointing - Edit
was excited to try out because of the amazing reviews but honestly everything was underwhelming :(
Read morethe food was at best average
i had a ‘burrito’ but made it gluten free so it was just lettuce avo tomato unmelted vegan cheese, pancakes were just okay, everything bagel didn’t have any spread on it- was just plain
the croissants and baked goods looked beautiful but honestly would spend time going somewhere else unfortunately :///

Best croissant no doubt - Edit
Heavenly
Read moreTried: chocolate almond 100% again great filling
Sticky date pecan
Chocolate hazelnut - wasn’t a fan of the filling which was more like a cream instead spread and could use more chocolate flavour
Raspberry ricotta cruffin had a taste of lemon which I don’t like in desserts and didn’t say it
Coffee is perfect too
Pros: Croissants, Coffee

Best vegan crossaints - Edit
Literally the best vegan crossaints I've ever had. And I've had a lot! I wasn't personally a fan of their menu food, a bit too much mock meats in there for me. But I would return again and again just for the pastries!!

Extensive options - Edit
I've seen lots of hype about oh my days. I'm not from Sydney but have seen there stalls at lots of markets, always with a huge queue. This might have raised my expectations up a bit too high. I had the breakfast burrito. It was nice but definitely would've benefited from being toasted and with melted cheese and other ingredients cooked down. The cafe is cute inside, I sat upstairs and the staff friendly. I had a Bischoff croissant to take way. It had an incredible filling and was not too sweet. I will definitely return to try more menu items.

This place has the best desserts and pastry’s. Just make sure you get there before noon when there’s none left. They also have a pop up stall at the marrickville farmers market on the weekends😄

The breakfast burrito was fine, but the real winners for me were the ham and cheese croissant and loaded biscoff croissant! Delicious!

Vegan Bakery Delights! - Edit
Stopped by on my way to the Glebe Markets and enjoyed some vegan bakery delights. I got a fruit danish, as well as an oat milk latte. The pastry has to be one of the best I've ever had in my 8+ years of being vegan - so flakey and delicious! The oat latte was just okay.

Pros: Lovely staff, incredible range of pastries and full menu

Oh My! - Edit
Great place for brunch! Obviously very popular as it was busy.
Read moreGood to see such a lot of choice on the menu and also a smaller menu attached showing the 'specials'.
Loved the Shawarma.. The very tasty Omlette was a bit on the thin and lighter side, not too filling, could have been a bit bigger for the price.
Would go back.

Best vegan pastries in Sydney - Edit
Easily one of my favourite cafes in Sydney. Get their cheese tomato and basil croissant toasted, OR their almond praline croissant. You won't regret it

Fantastic pastries! - Edit
I got the croffin with mango and macadamia cream filling which was perfection. The cream filling is not too heavy or sweet and the pastry lamination is flaky and slightly savoury without being hard. I could eat many of these without feeling weighed down.

Many delicious options for breakfast, lunch and dessert. I had a breakfast burrito then lots of pastries to go. Unique flavours and generous portion sizes! Seems to be a vegan friendly area there is a vegan supermarket across the road.

Huge selection of pastries! - Edit
I was shocked at how many options there were and the huge menu for breakfast/lunch. The pandan/coconut croissant was amazing and would recommend if it's a special again. I got the bagel but wasn't the biggest fan of the cream cheese they put on, but would definitely come back to try other options.

Great waffles and coffee - Edit
Great vegan waffles and coffee. My partner and I came here for breakfast and while it is quite noisy outside due to roadworks (not the cafe's fault) it is worth stopping by for a bite to eat.

Oh Mon Dieu! - Edit
After a fairly average experience last time I realised on this visit that OMD is now my favourite place for breakfast in Sydney. I found myself making the trip here for the second time on my last day in town, bypassing much closer options. Only this cafe has all the components: delicious pastries and brunch options, a decent and varied menu, comfortable seating and coffee. Twice I enjoyed the breakfast croissant, a delicious but compact meal, with a hint of guilty pleasure. The omelette here is also pretty good, reasonably light in texture, rather than like a slab of chickpea dough as some can be. The extra bacon gave it a nice breakfasty finish to complement the mushrooms. The staff were very friendly, accommodating and patient. For a luxurious breakfast, this is the place to come.
