Great food, terrible service

Great food, vegan breakfast and pastries are really good, coffee is OK, staff need personality transplants. Only the owner and his wife have any chat to them, the rest of the staff seem as though their faces may crack if they even think of smiling. It's a shame because the amazing food is let down by feeling like a burden to the staff.

Pros: Breakfast, Pastries

Cons: Staff attitudes

10/10 Brunch

Their pastries are always fantastic, this was my first visit for a sit down meal and Oh My Days did not disappoint. Really versatile menu with vegan versions of all your favourites, perfectly executed with great service and fantastic coffee. Can’t miss if you’re in the city. Don’t forget to grab some croissants for the trip home!

Pros: Hearty and varied menu, Great coffee , Pastries are always perfect

LOVELY vegan pastry cafe💘

This shop has a stall at a market every week. You can buy pastries at the vegan market, but if you go to a store you can try many more items. A cute and small shop. I recommend everyone to go to the store.
I wish there were more stores closer to our house🥺

Amazing sweets

Just incredible. We stopped by on a public holiday and could only get some goodies for to-go. Everything was so delicious. Our favorites are the cinnamon bun and their carrot cake but if we would have had the time we would have tried every item. Highly recommend to come by if you are in Sydney!

Pros: Completely vegan, Amazing food

The best!

Mind blown! Surely has to be the best plant based pâtissier on the planet. The cheesecake is to die for.

Edit came back in Sept 2024- noticed that the range was smaller (perhaps due it being a weekday?) BLAT was let down- cold filling and not toasted. Very average and expensive milk shake (thin and not cold).Seems like the some of the love had gone from this place. Staff didn't seem to care and and think they may be have been backpackers? Menu changed as well, you can not longer get a toasted croissant with butter. Shame this place used to rock.

Yummy food

Food was good but service was extremely slow and it was quite overpriced for the sit down menu. But the pastries were delicious and well priced.

Pros: Pastries

Cons: Slow service, A bit overpriced

Delicious

Had an almond croissant, chocolate almond croissant and a savoury danish. We also ordered a Black Forest cake for an occasion. The sweet treats were all delicious.

Confused 🫤

We were soooo looking forward to having breakfast @OMD’s.
The cosy cafe was lovely to sit in, and the beautiful display of pastries look delicious.
We ordered a Chai, fresh OJ and a croissant toastie (bacon, lettuce, tomato avocado & mayo breakfast burrito (avocado, bacon, vegan egg, tomato, spinach, mozzarella & mayo) to share.
The chai came first and was weak and luke warm.
We divided the croissant & burrito up so we could both have a taste.
The amount of “not bacon” in both these meals was overwhelming, it was just warm, and not cooked, it was awful 🤮

The croissant itself was divine, I took the majority of the “not bacon” out, which made it semi edible … we basically left the breakfast burrito, couldn’t stomach the cold unmelted mozzarella, pile of uncooked “not bacon” and the huge amount of spinach all placed on one side of the burrito … it was yukky.

We bought a chocolate croissant & cherry pastrie for later, as we knew we’d be hungry soon, after leaving most of our breakfast on our plates.
These were delicious, both very very yummy, tasty and like nothing we’ve ever tasted before.
All in all, it was a confusing visit to OMD’s cafe, the server, forgot one of our orders, thankfully on reflection …
We’d definitely highly recommend thier croissants & pastries …

Pros: Croissants & cherry pastries were divine, OJ was fresh, Cafe was cosy

Cons: Too much uncooked “not bacon” on Croissant/Burrito, Chai was weak & luke warm - not brewed long enough, Mozzarella was cold & not melted on Burrito

bit disappointing

was excited to try out because of the amazing reviews but honestly everything was underwhelming :(

the food was at best average
i had a ‘burrito’ but made it gluten free so it was just lettuce avo tomato unmelted vegan cheese, pancakes were just okay, everything bagel didn’t have any spread on it- was just plain

the croissants and baked goods looked beautiful but honestly would spend time going somewhere else unfortunately :///

Best croissant no doubt

Heavenly
Tried: chocolate almond 100% again great filling
Sticky date pecan
Chocolate hazelnut - wasn’t a fan of the filling which was more like a cream instead spread and could use more chocolate flavour
Raspberry ricotta cruffin had a taste of lemon which I don’t like in desserts and didn’t say it
Coffee is perfect too

Pros: Croissants, Coffee

Best vegan crossaints

Literally the best vegan crossaints I've ever had. And I've had a lot! I wasn't personally a fan of their menu food, a bit too much mock meats in there for me. But I would return again and again just for the pastries!!

Pros: Best vegan pastries ever, Friendly service , Indoor/outdoor seating

Cons: A lot of mock meats in food

Extensive options

I've seen lots of hype about oh my days. I'm not from Sydney but have seen there stalls at lots of markets, always with a huge queue. This might have raised my expectations up a bit too high. I had the breakfast burrito. It was nice but definitely would've benefited from being toasted and with melted cheese and other ingredients cooked down. The cafe is cute inside, I sat upstairs and the staff friendly. I had a Bischoff croissant to take way. It had an incredible filling and was not too sweet. I will definitely return to try more menu items.

Pros: Vegan establishment , Cute cafe, So many delicious pastries and menu items

Cons: Burrito could've been better

Delicious pastry’s!!

This place has the best desserts and pastry’s. Just make sure you get there before noon when there’s none left. They also have a pop up stall at the marrickville farmers market on the weekends😄

Pros: Flavour, Variety

Cons: Little expensive , Sells out fast

Croissants!

The breakfast burrito was fine, but the real winners for me were the ham and cheese croissant and loaded biscoff croissant! Delicious!

Vegan Bakery Delights!

Stopped by on my way to the Glebe Markets and enjoyed some vegan bakery delights. I got a fruit danish, as well as an oat milk latte. The pastry has to be one of the best I've ever had in my 8+ years of being vegan - so flakey and delicious! The oat latte was just okay.

Be prepared to wait for a table on a Saturday morning when the markets are on.

Pros: Lovely staff, incredible range of pastries and full menu

Cons: Average coffee, long waits on the weekend
