Bread is not vegan - Edit
Vegans beware!! The bread used for the vegan banh mi is NOT vegan. It has dairy. To be vegan, you need to order it in a lettuce wrap. Other than that, the food here is alright, not bad at all but not the best I’ve had.

Lock 'Em up - Edit
This restaurant although very good is in a very rough part of town. I would advise to not drive a nice vehicle here.

yummy vegan options - Edit
The vegan banh mi has a very unique flavor profile. The texture of the roasted rice powder is great too. Mine was a little soggy, but I took it to go and 10 minutes passed so maybe that's why. It's incredibly delicious though. The lemongrass tofu is also good. At $4 the prices can't be beat. It sacrifices a bit of the quality of ingredients though, in terms of healthier bread and sauce mostly. Next time I'll try the vegan noodles and pho. The rolls sound good too.

Great Vegan Sandwich - Edit
I've been wanting an excuse to check this place out, on a recent trip to Murray I stopped in. I tried the bing mi and it was delicious, fresh tasting, just the right amount of bite. The location and atmosphere was great, I would suggest this to anyone craving something different.

Best Vietnamese in Utah - Edit
The food is fantastic and EXTREMELY cheap. My husband and I can both get full for under $10. My favorite Vietnamese restaurant in Utah.
Read moreThey have vegan options for each of their menu item types--pho, vermicelli, and sandwiches--and they are all delicious. They have other veg items too like spring rolls and rice dishes. I've had one of everything and it's all fantastic and the flavors are great.
Never been for lunch, but they always have plenty of veg food for dinner.
Pros: Delicious, Lots of veg options, Cheap!
Cons: No vegan desserts, No soymilk for teas

Really good banh mi sandwiches for under 5 dollars. Super friendly staff. Noodles, vegan phone and more. A staple that everyone should frequent.

Essential for Foodies on a Budget - Edit
Only a few veggie options and they run out early. Plan on an early lunch. Among the best Asian food in Salt Lake.
Read moreThe sandwich rolls are a minor miracle (most bread in Utah is terrible). Sauces are light and flavorful.
The "bun", cold vermicelli salad, is delicious.
Haven't tried their pho yet. Will update soon.
Pros: Inexpensive, Excellent food, Best sandwich roll (white bread)
Cons: Run out of all vegan items early
