Food is always amazing here. But this location is now closed. They have another bigger one just a few blocks from this one. Go check them out!!

Off The Wheaten Path is the only dedicated gluten-free and vegan kitchen in Grande Prairie. It is located in the food stall area in the indoor farmer's market. Recently, they have expanded to include two stalls, one area for baked goods and drinks and another for lunch counter items.

They mostly do cafe-style food (sandwiches and homemade chips, pizzas) and baked goods. The food here is always tasty and fresh; they make all their own gluren-free breads and vegan meat substitutes in-house. The portion sizes are generous and the food is clearly made with a lot of love. The staff here is always so nice as well. This place is a must-stop if you're anywhere near downtown!
