Sample dishes such as lasagna with vegan ricotta, vachos (nachos), hummus and pita, tempeh tacos, foccacia panini, club sandwich, and wraps. Open Mon-Tue 12:00pm-6:00pm, Fri 12:00pm-6:00pm, Sat 12:00pm-7:00pm, Sun 12:00pm-5:00pm. Open until 7pm on Trivia Nights (1st & 3rd Tuesdays).

A vegan gem! - Edit
My wife is vegan (and I eat as she does most of the time), so we were hoping to find good vegan food in Brookings. We were delighted and quite surprised to find such delicious vegan food being sold in a food truck, especially one located adjacent to a brewpub. We received a very warm greeting when we entered the brewpub and another one when we made our way back outside to the food truck.
Read moreMatt, who serves as chef and can almost always be found within the food truck, received his training at a Cordon Bleu academy, and it shows in his knowledge of food preparation and ingredients, his blending of flavors, and his "make everything from scratch" approach.
We spent a week in Brookings, but we didn't find Off the Wagon until day 5. We enjoyed the experience so much that we returned again on days 6 and 7. This place is a gem, and we will certainly return next time we're on the coast.
Pros: excellent food, friendly staff, good beer and kombucha at the adjoining brewpub
