Vegan options - Edit
Staff understands veganism and there are four vegan options on the menu at the moment: bread, potato, salad, and sweet potato main dish. They can also make off-menu roasted vegetables from local ingredients. The menu changes daily.

I came for the ramen that another user posted but they did not have it on the menu. However they were very amenable to modifying many menu items to suit my vegetarian diet. A rare find in Japan.

Lovely salad, nice people - Edit
The watercress and blood orange salad I had was wonderful. It would have had cheese on it but they removed it for me. There’s not much available in this town so I was grateful to enjoy a fresh salad here.
