Fast paced, not so friendly diner - Edit
Busy, no-nonsense place. Grab a seat before someone else gets it first. Better have your Google Translate ready to go if your Turkish isn't good, because they won't wait for you. There are some photos on the wall outside, but I didn't see a menu. I just went off what the reviews here suggested. I ordered the lentil soup, hummus and salad. Thanks to the language barrier, I waited for half an hour before they told me they don't have hummus or salad, so only the soup ever arrived. As you'd expect from a cheap local diner, it was average, but adequate. It's also next to a cluster of dumpsters, so the flies come through the open windows freely, and there was a guy combing through the rubbish for aluminium cans. It's too bad, I wanted to cheer for the cheap local place.

Cheap and good - Edit
I tasted lentil soup 20TL, pasta 10TL, beans.
Read moreWhat I really like about this place - are the opening hours, because it's very hard to find there to eat at early morning. Pasta was delicious for me, but my husband didn't like it at all. Soup made me sceptic because of meaty taste, so I worried if it was made on chicken bouillon, but the staff made me sure that it was totally vegan. I can definitely recommend this place, because the prices are very affordable for everyone
Pros: Cheap, Russian speaking staff

So much bread - Edit
Diner with several vegan options. They're not indicated, but on the menu you can figure out what's (probably) vegan and ask the staff to clarify if you have any doubts. Some options are the mercimek (lentil soup, ask not to add the butter), türlü (mixed vegetables and potato), pilav (rice with chickpeas), nohut (white beans in sauce). Bread is complementary and served in a big bucket. So much bread! The portions are big and the prices are small.

Strange - Edit
After the words of the waiter "This is not meat, just a chicken" left. Probably out of luck. Saw only cauliflower soup.
