good vegan Döner - Edit
I'm glad that there is a vegan Döner in Fulda. You have an separate vegan menu card, so it's easy to order for vegans. My recommendation is to order the seitan Döner with hummus and the vegan garlicsauce.

Kebab in walking distance to the station. For a quick meal or a late-night snack.

Not necessarily anything special in terms of taste, but not bad either.
Öz Urfa gets bonus points for being a first mover in the area (first vegan "Döner" in Fulda). Hopefully making others follow suit, because I'm a bit tired of Falafel plates :D
