Serves meat, vegan options available. Staff understand what vegan means and will check ingredients. Some of the desserts are vegan suitable. Typical lunch menu is salad or a burger which could be veggie or vegan with non-dairy cheese. The only real restaurant in Gamla Uppsala, it's a great vegan-friendly option without needing to return to downtown.

Really impressive food and setting - Edit
We were really pleased to find that this place was so vegan-friendly, as it's the only restaurant in Gamla Uppsala. Vegan (vegansk) burgers were on the chalk board and the staff were happy to advise on the began cake options too.
The food quality was fantastic, and the place itself beautiful and cost with great outdoor seating too.
I don't know if the menu is different for different times, but we went at lunch time in tourist season.
