Super cozy coffee bar / shop - Edit

I had a berry crumble which was delicious and an original lime lemonade. The cook is a vegan dietitian and all products are both healthy and delicious. The shop is opened by her mother making this a cute mother-daughter collab. Would definitely visit again to taste her bagels.

Waffle - Edit

Came here hoping to have a piece of cake/pie, but there was none available.
Was told on weekdays it's better to order in advance ... I rarely know in advance when I'll be in the region, so that's not an option 😉

There was just a waffle, which was heated, and served covered with granulated sugar. It was a bit hard unfortunately. he fruit tea was very nice.

The coffee house is located inside a gift shop (with decoration items, cushions, candles, etc). The coffee house is all plantbased, the gift shop is not.

Not accessible, large steps to get in.
My visit was on a Winter day, and it was very chilly inside (front door open, seemed unheated).

Wish you all the best, and I hope your business can grow 💚🙏🏼 but from this visit I was a bit disappointed.

I'm sorry to hear that you were disappointed and that no cake or pie was available at the time of your visit. During the week, our selection is indeed more limited, as I still work full-time as a dietitian. This makes it a bit more challenging to prepare a full range of treats on weekdays. However, we always make sure to have a wide variety available on weekends.

Regarding the waffle: I'm sorry it wasn't quite to your liking – we’ll definitely take that feedback on board. I'm glad to hear you enjoyed the fruit tea!

You’re right about the temperature – when you visited, we had just opened for the day, and in our historic building it takes a little while for the space to warm up. We’re doing our best to manage that, especially on colder days.

Delicious cake - Edit

I don't go to Roeselare a lot so when I had a meeting there very close tot Odette I couldn't resist getting myself a piece of cake. Everything looked very good but I chose the brownie with peanuts and it was so good. Tasty and moist cake with a delicious peanut cream and crunchy peanuts on top. I can't wait to go back and try some more. If you have a sweet tooth this is the place to be. Also nice to browse the store with cool stuff. Owner was very friendly.

Pros: All pastries are vegan, Delicious , Very friendly
