Great vegan options for a small town

During our tokashiki trip, we didn’t expect any resto to have vegan options but when I said “bijitarian” they wiped out the vegan menu sign. Unfortunately it was sold out so we ordered some chilled tofu on soba noodle with fries. We put too much soya sauce haha. The fries were delicious.
