We haven’t been in DC/Virginia long (only a few weeks) and so far this is our favourite pizza place.
Read moreIt’s not your traditional authentic Italian pizza, but rather something quite unique. The delicious base reminds me of a mix between puff-pastry and croissant. A surprisingly delicious variation. Also the fact that they cater so well for us vegans makes it a firm favourite.

LOVED the pizza! This place has actual healthy Pizza!! Really thin crust and the sauce was nice and zesty. I always order “more sauce and less cheese” since a ton of vegan cheese is not great no matter how good it is. Lots of whole food veggie topping options plus drizzles, etc. The personal size was perfect since the crust is very thin.

This is my go-to pizza place with vegan cheese, beyond meat crumbles, and of course plenty of veggie toppings. My husband and I usually devour a whole pizza each for dinners on the weekend 😅

One of several shops on the first floor of an apartment building in Mosaic District. Big Wall mural a lot of fun. Moderately loud rock Muzak. Popular with families; crowded for Sunday Brunch.

Best Pizza I’ve had so far - Edit
Since I’ve gone vegan I’ve only been to &pizza, and before that, a bunch of other homemade pizza places. However, I don’t remember enjoying it as much as I did for this one! The crust is delicious, thin and crunchy but not in that burnt way. Plus they have beyond meat which is way yummier than whatever stiff vegan sausage &pizza offers. I also liked how I could order for pickup since this place takes a while to get to so when I arrived it had just finished.
