Serves meat, vegan options available. Hotel restaurant open to the public. Has a variety of labeled vegan options and a view of the beach. Also offers overnight accommodation. Open Mon-Sun 7:00am-10:00pm.
They made a vegan cachupa (local chickpea soup) especially for me and for a price a lot lower than you would expect from a fancy hotel.
Actually the kitchen was officially not open yet, but they served me anyway. Very attentive personnel. Don’t hesitate to visit, let the luxury atmosphere not withhold you.
The spaghetti with tomato sauce is vegan (and really tasty). The chickpea stew is also vegan (and the portion size is huge). The wraps are with cheese instead of tofu.
I came here since it was supposed to have vegan options including tofu on the menu and clearly labeled items. Unfortunately the menu didn’t look at all like the photo of the other member and only vegan options were spaghetti with tomato sauce or sides (beans, vegetables, fries, fried banana, rice)
The terrace view of the beach is truly beautiful. The restaurant has a lovely bright, modern and airy vibe.
Staff are nice though don't speak English. We got by fine with a translator. The menu was in English which was great.
There are a few marked vegan items on the menu. We tried the wrap and the salad. Unfortunately the wrap didn't come with tofu as the menu stated. I reckon they don't always have it. Regardless we got lentils in the salad and it was nice to have options.

Pros: Excellent service, High quality ingredients, Very tasteful, well prepared, professional cook.
Cons: Long waiting time (as they prepare it fresh), Inside: bad acoustic, but luckily no loud music

Unfortunately there were no labeled vegan options when I arrived today. Did you go there in the evening or for lunch?
