“You’re full, get fuller” - Edit
Wow!! What a unique place. We met the owner who told us a little about his 7 day fasting journey that led him to create this all vegan food stop and plant nursery. He was a very kind, generous guy! When I asked if he had a menu, he laughed and said it’s all about creating! He doesn’t advertise or anything, just meets people from all around the world who connect with others who find their way to him. Definitely stop by and enjoy the good food and good vibes! 💕

Fantastic food and company - Edit
Ital food was fresh and so flavoursome. I just said to Kelly, give us 2 large plates of food and four forks. He brought us a delicious mix of potato, pumpkin and pasta as well as curried lentil and quinoa veg with dumplings. Honestly haven't eaten this well out whole trip. Then Kelly was keen to show us the lovely nursery. My in laws absolutely loved it (and Kelly and staff team). A definite food oasis xx #Veganuary

Ital Delight - Edit
A special spot was Oasis Ital and Nursery in St. Phillips was amazing. I was married to a Rastafarian and learned to love Ital food (Not Italian). This plant based food culture is amazing. Kelly, the chef at Oasis, was a wonderful person and made us a lovely lunch with delicious juices. This is not to miss. Enjoy the gardens and savor righteous food.

Wonderful and quaint - Edit
One dish was offered, a vegetable stew with coconut milk, 100% vegan. It was healthy and nutritious. I ordered watermelon juice as well, which was sweetened with local honey. The garden where we sat was tranquil with Buddha statues all around. The owner seemed vibrant. It is a wonderful place. It is seemly in the middle of no where but it was very welcomed as it came at the perfect time on our journey!
