Great options and the owners are amazing! - Edit
They changed their menu, and while the vegan options aren’t clearly marked, as soon as I mentioned I was vegan the owners wife, Kayla, came over to tell me almost anything on the menu could be made vegan.

Mexican cuisine breakfast options and some omelettes can sub tofu for eggs but primarily eggs and meat dishes. there’s one veggie sandwich on the lunch menu.

Best Tasting Mexican Vegan Breakfast Fare! - Edit
While they have standard American breakfasts on the menu, their Mexican options are loaded with vegan options. I ordered the chilaquiles with tofu (they withhold the cheese, too, for vegans). The chilaquiles was hands down the best chilaquiles I have ever had in my life! The flavor profile will knock your socks off. Its accompanied by a healthy portion of guacamole as well. And the black beans they serve with it are amazing!! Other Mexican breakfast options include Huevos Rancheros, Tacos, Avocado toast, Burritos and more. Simply sub the tofu and opt out of cheese, or to tell them make it vegan and they'll do both for you. We were seated quickly on a Saturday morning. They have outdoor seating and are open for lunch as well. Delicious vegan food! Go there hungry because the food is muy bueno!
