Fully vegan cafe & bakery offering a variety of banh mi, bakery items (croissants, pate chaud, sweet & savory danishes, O egg tarts, and more), plus lots of drinks using vegan milk & coconut flower nectar such as coffee-based and fruity ones. Part of a chain in Saigon. Baguettes are 85% rice flour & 15% wheat flour. The banh mi include fillings like Thai mushroom, bbq mushroom, crispy roasted O Pork, and kimchi katsu. Love this branch - Edit
I’m a big fan of 0 plant-based because it is the perfect breakfast for me. Their menu isn’t very big but everything is exciting.

- Apple knot, somehow I had low expectations as it being ‘just apple’ but it was really tasty! Would have it again
- Matcha Almond Croissant: I love almond croissant and was curious about this new variation on it. It was nice but the matcha didn’t add too much so I think next time I will go for just an almond croissant again.
- Vietnamese coffee: not the best I ever had but still delicious.
Overall I love the service here, people are friendly and refill your water for free.
This place has about 20 seats, all of which are outside. They turn on the fan wherever you sit to make you more comfortable. They have sockets so it can be a nice place to work also.

Kind and friendly staff and a lush outdoor tropical setting. The coconut coffee was delicious!

All vegan, but not so many options - Edit
I liked that everything was vegan, and they also had a menu in English. The choice was a bit limited, I reckon because of the location is quite small. I had a chocolate crossaint, katsu kimchi banh mi and vietnamese coffee.

Little gem of a vegan bakery and cafe - Edit
O Plant-based has high quality vegan banh mi and bakery items that include pate chaud and “egg” tarts. Plenty of coffee based and caffeine free drinks too.
